Centra is a modern and highly customizable integrated digital health system that presents all healthcare stakeholders (patients, HMOs, doctors, nurses, staff, management, auditors, etc.) with a comprehensive suite of digital applications to capture, harmonize and manage clinical, administrative and financial information.
We worked with real, everyday clinicians and administrative staff to develop our applications, with invaluable lessons drawn from a careful understanding of their pain points in the use of existing systems and their views about what an effective and user-friendly system should look like.
Theatre
Streamlines and supports the day-to-day operations of a theatre
Improves the overall efficiency and safety of the many complex activities within the theatre by providing standardized, customizable documentation templates and checklists based on best practice, from pre-op to post-op. At the same time, the team have access to comprehensive and real-time information about the patient so that they can make well-informed decisions on the spot. Automated reminders for scheduled procedures down to wound dressings help to further keep the patient right in the centre of the process.
Antenatal
Manages the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and co-ordinated care to pregnant women
A mother- and baby-centred module that documents and monitors their journey from antenatal appointments, through labour and delivery, to part-partum care. It is fully integrated with the laboratory and radiology modules in order to make all the information required for optimal care easily accessible to the clinical team. Automated reminders help to minimize the chances of mothers missing their antenatal appointments.

An intuitive module that captures all the vital signs of patients such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, among others, and provides a chart of each vital, making it possible to instantly track a patient’s observations over time. Electronic management of the prescription and dispensing of patient medications.
Facilitates the effective management and tracking of patients’ medication orders and dispensing process.
